The afternoon can remain free for photography, shopping, a short walk to a viewpoint or simply enjoying the calm rhythm of the town. This second night allows travelers to experience Chefchaouen beyond a quick stop.

After breakfast, leave Chefchaouen and travel toward Fes. The road crosses northern Morocco’s hills and rural landscapes before reaching one of the country’s most important cultural and spiritual cities.

On arrival in Fes, settle into your riad and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Fes offers a more traditional and deeply rooted atmosphere, with one of the most remarkable medinas in the Arab world.

Spend the day exploring Fes with a private expert guide. Discover Fes el-Bali, historic madrasas, traditional souks, artisan workshops, fountains, gates and panoramic viewpoints over the medina.

Leave Fes and begin the journey south toward the Sahara Desert. The road crosses the Middle Atlas, passing cedar forests, mountain towns, wide plateaus and the scenic Ziz Valley before reaching the desert region.
