MoroccoByInsiders is designed to help travelers discover Morocco through selected local experts, clearer information and responsible travel practices. While every traveler should complete their own checks before booking, our approach is built around transparency, communication, local knowledge and respect for both travelers and Moroccan communities.

We aim to work with Moroccan travel professionals who demonstrate reliable communication, destination knowledge, fair pricing, operational experience and respect for travelers, local communities and cultural heritage.

Our goal is to connect travelers with selected local experts who understand Morocco on the ground and can design thoughtful, realistic and well-managed travel experiences.

Being listed on MoroccoByInsiders does not replace your own due diligence. Before confirming a trip or making a payment, you should review the provider’s final proposal, legal details, insurance information, payment terms, cancellation policy and booking conditions.

Clear and transparent information

We believe travelers should understand what is included, what is not included and what still needs to be confirmed before booking. Morocco travel often involves seasonal pricing, small riads, remote regions, local guides, private transport and activities that may depend on weather, availability or local conditions.

For this reason, we encourage local experts to communicate clearly about itinerary details, accommodation standards, transport arrangements, meals, entrance fees, optional activities, supplements and cancellation conditions.

For US and UK travelers, pricing transparency is especially important. UK consumer guidance has placed increased attention on clear upfront pricing and the avoidance of hidden mandatory fees, while US consumer protection guidance also focuses on avoiding misleading or deceptive pricing practices

Payments and data

MoroccoByInsiders may help introduce travelers to selected local experts, but payment terms are generally provided by the agency or travel provider handling your booking. Before paying, you should confirm the payment method, deposit amount, balance due date, cancellation terms, refund rules and the name of the company receiving the payment.

You should avoid sending payment to an unknown personal account without clear confirmation from the provider. If anything seems unclear, ask for written clarification before proceeding.

Traveler safety and preparation

Morocco is a rewarding and diverse destination, but every trip should be planned with realistic expectations. Communication and support

Once a traveler is connected with a local expert, the selected provider is usually responsible for operational communication, final confirmations and on-trip support. Travelers should make sure they receive clear contact details before departure, including who to reach in case of delay, emergency or last-minute change.

Limits of our role

MoroccoByInsiders is a curated discovery and connection platform. Unless clearly stated otherwise, we do not directly operate the trips listed or proposed by independent local providers.

This means that final responsibility for the travel services, including booking confirmation, service delivery, payment handling, insurance, cancellations and refunds, generally belongs to the selected provider.

We work to present trusted options and helpful information, but travelers should always read the provider’s terms carefully before booking.

Reviews, feedback and accountability

Traveler feedback helps maintain quality and accountability. We may use reviews, post-trip comments or direct feedback to better understand the performance of listed experts and the accuracy of the information presented on the platform.

We encourage honest, respectful and specific feedback. We do not support fake reviews, misleading testimonials or manipulated ratings.

If an issue occurs during a trip, travelers should first contact the operating provider as soon as possible so they have the opportunity to resolve the matter locally. Where appropriate, MoroccoByInsiders may also review feedback to assess whether a partner remains aligned with our standards.
